Code of Ethical Conduct
The policy of Disability Services of the Southwest is to provide the highest level of
care to our clients. Our ethical standards do not leave our employees any room for
activities which do not exemplify high moral and professional conduct.
DSSW has policies in place to fully comply with both the intent and the spirit of the
laws and regulations which govern the programs we administer. We expect our employees to
use good judgment in applying the highest standards. We also expect them to refrain from
any form of illegal, dishonest or unethical behavior.
All our employees are issued a Code of Conduct when they begin working with us, and they
are required to be familiar with this Code and to comply with all aspects of it.
