Location: Austin, TX Position: Bilingual Program Director (Case Management Role) Company: Disability Services of the Southwest (DSSW) Are you passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities and ready to lead with compassion and purpose? DSSW Austin is looking for a Bilingual Program Director to join our growing team and help us deliver high-quality, person-centered care through the CLASS waiver program. What You’ll Do: As a Program Director, you’ll oversee the internal operations of the CLASS waiver program and ensure that clients receive the services they need with dignity and respect. Your responsibilities will include:- Managing the day-to-day activities of the assigned program
- Monitoring services for your assigned client caseload
- Ensuring compliance with program and licensure standards
- Supporting and collaborating with office staff
- Reporting concerns to the Lead Program Director
- Traveling for client visits and community activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field (required)
- 2+ years of experience providing services to individuals with disabilities (required)
- Case management experience (preferred)
- Home health experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with CLASS, CBA, DBMD, PHC, or DADS programs (a plus)
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
