Founded in 1993, Disability Services of the Southwest (DSSW) is one of the largest providers of support services to people with disabilities and the elderly in the State of Texas. Our services include personal attendant services, nursing and therapies, as well as assistance in minor home modification, adaptive aids, job coaching and supported employment.

DSSW is licensed by the State of Texas to provide a wide range of services to persons with disabilities and the elderly, including Community Living Assistance and Support Services (CLASS), Consumer Directed Services (CDS), Deaf-Blind with Multiple Disabilities (DBMD), Primary Home Care (PHC), and STAR+PLUS, as well as private pay.
