Position: Case Manager
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour

About the Role:
As a Case Manager, you’ll play a vital role in managing our Personal Assistance Services (PAS) and community care programs. You’ll supervise care staff, coordinate with healthcare professionals and state agencies, and ensure that every client receives compassionate, high-quality care tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise PAS/community care staff and coordinate care plans
- Communicate with physicians, caseworkers, and service coordinators
- Ensure compliance with state and agency regulations
- Assist with billing, scheduling, and payroll coordination
- Conduct timely supervisory visits and maintain accurate records
- Support hiring, training, and performance management of care staff
- Participate in budget planning and agency meetings
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years in a supervisory role or 2 years of college coursework
- Preferred: PAS program management experience
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and time management
- Tech: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and able to type 35 WPM
- Language: English required; Spanish a plus
- Other: Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
