 About the Role:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support client progress
  • Provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a home or community setting

 Requirements:

  • Licensed or credentialed Behavior Support Therapist (as required by Texas CLASS program)
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation for travel within Collin County
