As a trusted leader in Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) and Financial Management Services Administration (FMSA), we’re seeking a visionary leader to serve as our Director of Business Development, expanding our reach beyond Texas and driving national growth.
Your Role
As Director of Business Development, you’ll:
- Spearhead strategic expansion into new states.
- Lead high-stakes RFPs from scouting opportunities to submission and negotiation.
- Build influential partnerships with Medicaid agencies and MCOs.
- Conduct market and regulatory research to guide strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with leadership on financial modeling and feasibility studies.
- Represent CDS at industry events and elevate our brand presence.
What You Bring
- 4+ years in senior-level business development, ideally in healthcare or Medicaid.
- 2+ years of RFP management experience in HCBS or healthcare.
- Deep understanding of HCBS programs.
- Proven success in expanding services across geographic markets.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel.
