As a trusted leader in Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) and Financial Management Services Administration (FMSA), we are seeking a strategic Director of Operations to enhance and oversee our existing operations and service delivery across Texas.
Your Role
You’ll serve as a key advisor to Executive Leadership—overseeing operations, driving innovation, and ensuring compliance. This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to shape the future of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise executive leadership on strategic decisions.
- Oversee daily operations of CDS programs, especially HCBS and FMSA.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve service delivery.
- Monitor performance and implement data-driven improvements.
- Represent CDS at public events and with partner organizations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all services.
What You Bring
- 4+ years in senior healthcare administration.
- 2+ years in HCBS or FMSA programs (preferred).
- Proven leadership in team management and strategic initiatives.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for serving individuals with disabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tools.
