About the Role
As part of our Corporate Human Resources team, you’ll ensure personnel records are accurate, compliant, and up-to-date. You’ll work closely with office sites, employees, and HR systems to keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
? Act as the primary liaison for personnel records between office sites and HR
? Send reminders and follow up on expired documents
? Maintain and audit electronic and paper-based personnel files in HRIS
? Monitor personnel rosters for accuracy
? Support internal and external audits
? Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
? Maintain confidentiality at all times
What We’re Looking For
? High school diploma or GED required
? 2+ years of experience in records management or similar role preferred
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
? Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS experience a plus
? Ability to type 35 WPM and demonstrate Excel proficiency
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
