What does our company do?
We provide support to individuals who are self-directing the care authorized by their Medicaid program.
Our Service Advisors assist clients in preparing budgets which show how funds will be spent and answer questions regarding program rules, spending options, and management of attendant staff.
Service Advisors are also a source of support for parents or clients to ask questions or talk through some of their challenges they face.

Essential Tasks:
- Assist with the intake of new CDS clients.
- Provides telephonic case management support to clients across the state of Texas.
- Will help the client with developing an annual budget.
- Monitoring their expenses throughout the year.
- Preparing and processing quarterly reports.
- Respond to budget change requests and assist with bi-weekly payroll.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
- One to two years of clerical experience in customer service environment setting.
- Must be able to work independently and great time management skills.
- Must be able to demonstrate competence with computer applications such as MS Word and Excel 2010. Skills testing will be administered for Excel, along with 10-key, and must be able to type 35 wpm with 80% accuracy.
