Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 4 pm (with Full Time Benefits!!!) Location: Austin, TX Position: Program Director (Case Management Role) Company: Disability Services of the Southwest (DSSW) Are you passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities and ready to lead with compassion and purpose? DSSW Austin is looking for a Program Director to join our growing team and help us deliver high-quality, person-centered care through the CLASS waiver program. What You’ll Do: As a Program Director, you’ll oversee the internal operations of the CLASS waiver program and ensure that clients receive the services they need with dignity and respect. Your responsibilities will include: · Managing the day-to-day activities of the assigned program · Monitoring services for your assigned client caseload · Ensuring compliance with program and licensure standards · Supporting and collaborating with office staff · Reporting concerns to the Lead Program Director · Traveling for client visits and community activities ?
