This is a contract position focused on performing assessments and evaluations for individuals with disabilities—primarily children with severe needs and adults requiring ongoing support.

 About the Role:

·         Conduct occupational therapy assessments and evaluations

·         Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans

 Requirements:

·         Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas

·         Experience with assessments and evaluations preferred
