Location: San Antonio, TX (Travel Required Across Texas)
Position: Corporate Floater

Compensation: $22-$23/hr Competitive pay, Mileage Reimbursement, Per Diem, Quarterly and Referral bonuses

DSSW is seeking a Corporate Floater to provide critical support, training, and leadership across our Texas offices. What You’ll Do

  • Travel statewide to support offices with staffing gaps in roles such as Case Manager, Program Director, or Care Team Assistant II
  • Train and mentor staff to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service quality
  • Supervise care teams and ensure compliance with state and agency standards
  • Conduct audits, evaluations, and quality assurance reviews
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Program Directors to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and deliver training programs based on staff needs and regulatory updates
  • Respond to incidents and complaints with corrective training and support
  • Enhance onboarding and orientation processes for service attendants

 

? What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as a Program Director and 2–3 years of training experience
  • Strong knowledge of home care regulations and managed care programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and content creation tools (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays
  • Valid Texas driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
