Are you a compassionate caregiver looking to make a meaningful impact in your community? LifeSpan Home Care, a division of Disability Services of the Southwest (DSSW), is seeking dedicated Personal Care Attendants to support individuals with disabilities in the Waco area.

What You’ll Do:

As a Personal Care Attendant, you’ll provide essential support with daily living activities, including:

·         Bathing, shaving, and oral care

·         Routine hair and skin maintenance

·         Dressing and toileting

·         Meal preparation and feeding

·         Shopping and errands

·         Light housekeeping and laundry

·         Transfers and mobility assistance

·         Encouraging exercise and wellness

What We’re Looking For:

·         Must be 18 years or older

·         At least 6 months of experience working with individuals with disabilities

·         Experience or training in providing personal care

·         Compassionate, dependable, and respectful

·         Must meet background requirements per state regulations
