DSSW is seeking a Corporate Floater to provide critical support, training, and leadership across our Texas offices. If you thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and love variety in your work, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

As a Corporate Floater, you’ll be the go-to expert for office support, training, and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Traveling statewide to support offices with staffing gaps in roles such as Case Manager, Program Director, or Care Team Assistant II

• Training and mentoring staff to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service quality

• Supervising care teams and ensuring compliance with state and agency standards

• Conducting audits, evaluations, and quality assurance reviews

• Collaborating with HR, Payroll, and Program Directors to ensure smooth operations

• Developing and delivering training programs based on staff needs and regulatory updates

• Responding to incidents and complaints with corrective training and support

• Enhancing onboarding and orientation processes for service attendants

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 3+ years of experience as a Program Director and 2–3 years of training experience

• Strong knowledge of home care regulations and managed care programs

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and content creation tools (preferred)

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays

• Valid Texas driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
