What You’ll Do
- Perform time evaluation and transfer processes, troubleshoot errors, and ensure timely corrections.
- Validate and test changes to the Time Management (TM) module.
- Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments; post accurate data in TM.
- Monitor and enter time data, vacation, sick leave, bonuses, and mileage once approved.
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for time/pay data.
- Train and assist employees on time management procedures and enroll them in the TM system.
- Support special projects as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of time and attendance experience.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; ability to learn agency-specific software quickly.
- Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail.
